Jamey is a Managing Director at Deloitte, where he focuses on serving the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector. He is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years where his extensive professional background is defined by significant program transformations, strategic leadership, shaping national policies and programs, and board-level advisory, drawn from his experiences in Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and Big 4 consulting.
Before joining Deloitte, Jamey held key leadership positions at various prominent energy companies and another Big 4 firm. He most recently served as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at Xcel Energy, where he led the Enterprise Security and Emergency Management organization which was responsible for ensuring the security and resilience of the companies operational and business assets. He also served as the NERC CIP senior manager and the executive responsible for leading the company's COVID-19 response and return-to-work strategies. Jamey's other positions include serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), and California Independent System Operator (CAISO). As a Principal at Ernst and Young (EY), where he served as the Americas Energy Security and Operational Technology Leader, he worked alongside critical infrastructure owner/operators to help safeguard the nation's most vital operations. He also served in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician.
