Jayson Velazquez is the Climate and Energy Justice Policy Associate at Acadia Center, based in Connecticut. At Acadia Center, he supports the organization’s advocacy efforts across energy efficiency and building decarbonization, utility innovation and accountability, grid modernization and renewable energy development, and clean transportation through an equity and energy justice lens. He represents the organization and environmental advocates on the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Board and serves as the Energy Subcommittee Chair on the Connecticut Equity and Environmental Justice Advisory Council.
